This cigar is small and quick burning. It needs to be smoked slowly in order to fully appreciate its characteristics and aged for five years plus to bring out its best efforts. A fairly rich and strong cigar with a recurrent woody and creamy Le Hoyo series taste. Great when time is short or the weather is cold but with the sweetness somewhat missing. I've never found this model to have the sweetness of the Des Dieux or the Du Prince. What you get with the Depute is big rustic Cuban flavours in a small package. The thing those at Hoyo should recognise is that the Trinidad Reyes blows this cigar away for the same price.
