Today featuring… a Glenrothes Single Malt from Speyside. Aged in Sherry Butt cask, distilled in 2008 and bottled in Scotland in 2022, only 180 bottles were produced.

Tasting Profile

Initially very malty, with dominant notes of wine-like sherry, red plum, and red fruits, ending with dry spices, walnuts, hazelnuts, almond oil, a reminiscence of dark woods.

Really opulent, bold, and tannic, with a slight oiliness and a bitter, dry finish.
